Ammonia

Ammonia is a sharp odorless, colorless air. It is lightweight and has a vapor density of 8.5. It can mix well in water. The ammonia aqueous solution is called ammonia fluid, it has an alkaline nature. Ammonia gas ammonia was prepared by heating the lime with first ammonium chloride by Joseph Priestley. A bachelor named Berthelot studied its chemical composition and discovered the elements to make this gas. Ammonia gas is prepared by heating a mixture of ammonium chloride and dried lime in the laboratory.

Use
Ammonia is used to make chemical fertilizers such as urea, ammonium sulphate, ammonium phosphate, ammonium nitrate etc. It is used in the manufacture of large-scale nitric acid and sodium carbonate. Ammonia is used as a coolant in the ice-making factory. It is used as a laboratory resistant. Ammonia fluid is used to clean clothes from oils, greases and so on. It is used to make ammonium carbonate. Due to the many uses of ammonia, they are mass produced all over the world. In the year 2004, around 10 million, 9 million tons of the world was produced. Its production in the year of 2006 has been approximately 17.65 million tonnes. India is ranked second in the Ammonia manufacturing sector after China. These two countries produce 28.4% and 8.6% ammonia, respectively, in the world's manufacturing sector. Russia is ranked third and fourth with 8.4% production and 8.2% of the United States. 80% of the total production is made to make fertilizer use. Ammonia is produced from nitrogen in the atmosphere by some organisms through the process of nitrification.

If ammonia leakage from any factory or ammonia tank suddenly ammonia spread in the atmosphere, then the eyes and face should be washed very well by water. Ammonia is mixed with water, so the face is washed with water wash.
