About the Author

Wang Juncai, male, born in February 1953, graduated from Harbin Medical University, Department of Public Health. Incumbent Liaoning Province Environmental Monitoring Experimental Center deputy chief engineer, professor level senior engineer. Liaoning Province Environmental Sciences Association of Environmental Monitoring Branch. In 1986 the water environment benthic animal monitoring work, the classification of Chironomidae larvae and the relationship between water quality and other aspects of systematic scientific research. Presided over the commitment to the provincial scientific research projects, the Liaoning Provincial Government Science and Technology Progress Award 1, 3 third prize. Published more than 30 academic papers. Published and participated in the preparation of monograph 2, in 2004 the State Council special allowance Wang Xinhua, male, Nankai University graduate, Norway, Betgen University. The current Nankai University College of life sciences professor, doctoral tutor. He is also the director of China Society of Marine and Limnology, the vice president of Tianjin Institute of Zoology, and the executive director of Tianjin Fisheries Institute. He is mainly engaged in basic research on aquatic living resources and environmental biology and systematics of Chironomidae. He presided over the completion of the National Natural Science Foundation of 10 projects, the National Natural Science Foundation of international cooperation projects participated in the completion of provincial and ministerial level projects more than 40, published more than 260 articles. He attended the 6th International Conference on Chironomids, the 4th International Conference on Entomological Entomology of East Asia, and the Third International Conference on Aquatic Entomology in East Asia in 2005, which hosted the 17th International Conference on Chironomids in 2009.
